The support provided under these contracts includes all updates to software arising from on-going development. It also provides for updates and modifications at the request of the user (new reports, minor updates to user screens etc.,) as well as a number of dedicated days of software development effort for more significant modifications.
Spares and Repairs service
MSW provides a 'return to base' repair service for callipers as well as a service for the provision of spare parts to those customers who undertake their own maintenance of the callipers.
The download area provides customers with the ability to download key documents such as Technical Notes and User Manuals. The various video clips demonstrating the use of equipment and software produced by MSW can also be downloaded from this area.
